An event is more than logistics. It is a real sales tool.

After more than ten years in Business Development, Event Production & Community Building, I have personally produced over 200 events across Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippines & Indonesia, combining marketing, sales, business development and partnerships to maximize growth for clients.

I have led a team of seven on large industry events, worked with global partners such as Nvidia, AWS and ByteDance, and hosted 1,000+ international C-suite guests. At Porsche Vietnam I ran the driving-experience program and VIP activities to global brand standards, and built Porsche’s first pop-up showroom at Landmark 81.

I was named 'Top Performer of the Year' two years running and received 'Excellent Performance' three years in a row for beating revenue KPIs. Today I take on independent projects, working directly with companies that want to cut intermediary costs without giving up international production standards.

Where do you take on projects?

Mostly in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. I have also delivered projects in Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar, and if you need an event abroad I have local partners ready.

What size of event is a good fit?

Anything from a niche seminar with a few dozen guests to an event for 10,000+ people. For very small projects I usually suggest a consulting package: your in-house team executes while I support the concept and quality control.

How is pricing set?

It depends on scope. I can price a project as a package, by phase, or by consulting day. After our first conversation I send an itemized quote with no hidden fees. Send a request through the quote form to get a specific proposal.

Can you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. Contracts and invoices are issued through a partner legal entity, with complete documentation so you can book the expense.

How much notice do you need?

For a mid-size event, at least 4–6 weeks. For a large or international one, start 2–3 months ahead. Rush jobs are possible (I once built a full event for 10,000 guests in 7 days), but production costs will be higher.

Do you work alone or with a team?

I am the accountable lead and I am on site myself. Depending on scale I bring in collaborators and contractors I have worked with for years, but you still deal with just one person.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. For product launches or sensitive information, I sign an NDA before receiving the brief.
